Book rail tickets at hospitals, IITs

what is the use of setting up mobile e-Ticketing centres in IITs and IIMs ? They are all tech savvy and have access to internet. They can book e-tickets whenever they want from their computer labs using net banking service. very strange indeed.

Mumbai Suburban Trains should have one more category of class that is Economy Class.

Students should should get concessions on Economy class and NOT on 1st class.

This will erase the rush on 1 st class compartment AND IT WOULD HELP SENOIR CITIZENS ALSO.

This will also decrease the huge diffrence between 1st class and 2 nd Class compartment .
