So what transpires in this article is that do the wrong thing rather efficiently without giving room for any loopholes to get caught up.Nobody has the courage to say what Tata has done is wrong
Isn't it amazing that a business house with over a 'century of trust' motto should choose a PR firm with less than a decade's experience in India, to further its interests in the corridors of power ? Having been with the famed Group for a long time, I find it easy to believe this, as the Group is known to favour the fairer sex - be it as employees or business associates. But, perhaps for the first time, the Tata Group faces a crisis about it's well-protected credibility. But it only reminds me of an old saying in Hindi, which when translated in english means - an elephant has one set of teeth to show and one set to eat. P.S.:- Had to translate as the Hindi words didn't pass the moderator.
After all Ratan Tata is human being, if has committed some thing not very good, what is the problem We all know involvement of lady can things good to bad & worst too. (SWAMIJI) INDIA, MUMBAI

What is the problem. The problem is that an offense has been committed. This does not mean that this man is not answerable TATA or NO TATA, Rich or poor the law is for all and if found guilty should be punished accordingly. involvement of lady he should have known better in his position. That is what the problem is.

Well said Ajit. That is the mute point that no one wants to confront amid all the debate. Besides employees of Tata are not fools by any means and they know for sure what Tata is upto because they go out to execute what Tata decides.
It is a catch 22 for Tata... He says something he risks exposing more than he wants... If he does not say anything then he certainly has something to hide...
As a matter of fact even Tata can not afford to have a cup of Tata Tea everyday!
It is human psychology and human nature where we forgive and forget the evil soon enough and punish the goodness at the bleak sign of evil behaviour. In this whole drama the real "Villain" is Mr Raja (just by name!!) and not Mr Tata. However, people of India will very soon forget and forgive Raja for his acts of treachery but Mr Tata (a true gentleman) will have to bear the bitterness of this shame in public's eye for a long time to come. Afterall we all love to watch a hero fail or fall.
I really wonder that the guy handling such big group needs advice from this author.
Gentleman, i always see Generals talking not the unit heads. Imagine what will tata employss think of there leader who can even defend himself ???? jUST SEE WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF MANMOHAN SING
