Delhi is a land of new age looters. If one does not have his own car, he is not supposed to live here. If one is not corrupt, there is no place for him. If one is not having his own house, there is no place for him. DDA Flats scam -when we will hear about it. Rs.35 lakhs flat --WOW---Can somebody tell me how many persons can afford to have this flat especially first time buyers without failing on payment tenure. If Govt is serious about ameliorating the pitiable conditions of poor, then whey the top machinery is not ensuring Housing for all. Infrastructure comes second. First comes Affordable Housing especially for those who do not have even one. If House will cost Rs.15-20 lakhs, 90% of Delhi population who are deprived of their first house will never be able to dream of having one. Govt is sitting on a big loot and they are fanning this looting practice. There is no law to ensure that people do not simply hoard houses to artificially jack up their prices. By the way, Who statiscians calculate our Inflation data. I would like to know his name and the details of housing property and assets he owns.

Another question: a) When we would see the light of the day when NHAI will build 20 km a day from 1 km a day presently. b) Does NHAI look into the employee strength especially techanical workforce of their contractors while awarding them projects.
