high taxes.. and fuel price cannot allow airlines to offer low prices and make profit..and thus cannot tap into the huge population and market
the zero fare with rs 200 tax caused losses which airlines are still carrying..

My ticket price is low compare to fuel surcharge and taxes,so i wont travel frequently
