so hero honda isset to buy old fashioned plants machineries at premium from honda. let honda sell it's share to some financing companiy as honda is not going to provide fresh technology while taking lesson from tvs.

Hero does not have any R&D. It will take years before they can develop products on their own, but is definitely possible.

For that company should be run professionally. Almost all suppliers to the Hero Honda company are relatives of Munjals - this was what Honda was objecting to all the time.
