Congratulation Sinha sahab. Your being the SEBI chief will prove itself that it is going to be a revival phase of MF industry and the stock market as well. I personally believe thatyou will be doing enough to bring back the FIIs to India. Your ling experience in Capital market will now start to pay more rather than earlier.

Faces Change but System Remains SAME

Reasons,
Our Industrialist are biggest crook of high standards. They operate in space where they get maximum ROI with minimum effort and investment of money.
It is generally and usually the money of small investors which is played on.
Money is churned by India Inc without doing any harm to the loot of Corporate HOTSHOTS.
Industry is the hotbed of all corruption and there Honesty word has not taker for it. But Many Seminars and Conferences are organised with the theme " Honesty & Integrity" .

Mark my words, If employees shows Honesty in his work, he can't work for more no. of months.
Writing on the wall- Be Corrupt , Be Dishonest and Get Rewarded and Take Promotion. Persons of low values are the darling of Industry Captains. Corruption should be the primary education syllabus.

Nothing will change, only a few changed in office doers . Industrialist continue to look general public and Honesty of employees continue to be at stake.
No businessmen is tarnished free, then why make so much Hulla over Corruption issue.
The bigger the decoit one is , the bigger Industrialist he can become.
IT Raids is an eyewash.

How clean our Parliament House is can be gauged from the fact that very daily operation of House cost Rs.7.5 crore.
Who would ask the accountability of this expenditure of high magniture ?
If corruption is withing House , how could you say to sanitanising Indian Industry.
Let us not fool our children to believe in the Instutuition of Honesty . Otherwise, unnecessarily his life would be hell if he follows by mistake the route of Honesty.

Congratulation Mr Sinha U R from India and from UK as some reader thinks. You deserve with lots of experience of capital market.
I wish you the best and hope that nothing goes wrong at the last minute to get PMO or other required authorities.
Please make it mandatory starting with SEBI Chairman's post and others accountable rather than one way traffic. Continue the good work Mr Bhave and others have shown the seeds. In spite of so much volatility it is to the credit of SEBI management has done the job well and we had no payment/delivery defaults. Our system is one of the best and most transparent globally. A regulator's job is to regulate but sometimes in over enthusiasm regulators attempt to control the market which may be avoided. Best Wishes
