If they want to donate the wealth, don't donate it to govt. or any NGOs. My suggestion is to use wisely for this fund for improving governance in the country. Next thing need to be done is to improve job skills and employment rather than just donating the money. This will ruin the country by creating lazy people. Always hardwork and integrity is recognised. Billionnaires just make level playing field to make them progress themselves.
