Much of the money airtel earns is by 'stealing' from the customer's account, by activating uncalled for services every now and then. If you call the customer care at the right moment, they will return back the amount but after trying to make you feel that you are the culprit. And if u are late, then the money isnt reimbursed.
They should resort to ethical business rather stooping so low to gain money.
Seems Airtel has got its priorities wrong again. With the MNP becoming a reality soon, it would have been prudent for Airtel to invest the amount spent on re-branding on improving Customer Service instead. Better service levels would help it retain and add customers much more than a mere new logo.
No publicity works as effective in improving sales of an organisation than branding through employee base. Progressive and High growth clocking companies always wants to hire more than what is required in their company. More thrust is given on Marketing network as they spread their wings by deputing person at every small cities.
Gone are the days when people use to think more marketers are required only by FMCG companie, even core industry has risen to the basic fact that more employees only translate into more profits for companie.

However, one is cautioned to go for Airtel services as they are the biggest crook in this family of telecom operators. Never subscribe to Airtel Services. Can anybody vouch for their true intention of customer service. Crook of highest standard - Airtel . MNP available. Swith over . Enough fooling done by them till date.
