i just want the migration from bihar to other states to be stopped and with the pace o work Mr. nitish kumar is doing...we biharis will fulfill our dream by residing in our state only.. nitish sir lets reallize all the best brain of bihar coming back to bihar... then no will stop bihar to reach the best state of india....
No leader like Nitish exists in UP. This state really needs a miracle to produce a leader like him in near future. Is there someone who can stand up for UP and get the state back in main stream of country's development ?
Good luck to Nitish, future lies with economic development only, anyone who talks divisive language and anti growth actually must be banned for politics. Heaven will not fall. All politicians playing on caste basis like Maya, Mulayam, Paswan, etc.,etc., must be wiped out. They are anti nationals.

Development...what a nice word...BUT whose development..development of the politicians and rich...man..any development which dont care for the mother nature and poor and oppressed must be dealt with. We dont need development like 2Gs,CWGs....Why only Mulayams why not people like Advani,Modis who plays politics based on religious sentiments..they r also wiped out...coz they simply devide our great nation.

Yes Sameer, anyone who plays divisive politics, must be barred. Regarding poors and dalits, politicians are responsible 50% tax payers money is spent on them, still they are poor and still dalit, to whom they are befooling. Why dalits/backward already enjoying with their now great grandsons are eyeing on all facilities where no new families are covered.should Maya, Mulayam, Paswan, Lalu after becoming CM or Minsters be called dalit or backward, then who is dalit.
Nitish Kumar is such a welcome change from the Mayawatis, Yeddyurappas, Ashok Chavans et al. Firmly in saddle in his second term, we expect great things from him. He has vision, integrity, a clean image and to top it all, astounding public support unlike our present PM who can't win an election on his own. Bihar has a long way to go, but at least it is on right track.
Just fine is not enough. Put a cap no of defaults officers make in a given period. For example award one point for each default and if a officer accumulate 5 points in 3 years time frame his punishment should go higher like stopping promotion, stopping pay hike and bonus. And if the officer accumulates further point after 3 years period more sever punishment like expelling from service and suspension from service should be considered. On the other hand officers with consistent good service record should be awarded good bonus and considered for promotions. Ask the IAS officer who are district head to visit the panchayats on monthly basis get stock of things from local residents. This kind of measure can be taken with any major investment or utilizing govt fund. We are just asking for the services from officers who signed up for offering these services. I grew up in North east india i know for sure, our DC never stepped outside his comfort zone. He enjoyed staying in his cozy bunglaw, played tennis in the evening, dined in the fine restaurant and did shopping in expensive stores. Turned his back development of the district. He managed the politicians and stayed in the district for 20-25 years. These has to stop. Within the scheme of public services i would request Mr Nitish Kumar to consider Driver license, telephone connection, GAS connection etc to be considered in his bill. If this effort and measures are taken i am sure we will wake up to a new INDIA.

The Nitish kumar type of politician and the Indian Tiger have their common thread in that they are both almost extinct....am indeed glad that the citizen intiative is what is required....
one important point that i am seeing in this act is that the money would be deducted from employees salary. otherwise govt. employees are never held accountable for any wrongdoing and it is treated as the wrongdoing of whole organisation. for example if for any wrongdoing, i filed a case against railway, then railway and not the individual person would be fined and that is the tax payers money.
All the while, the hapless Biharis are ridiculed and lampooned for all the ills in major cities as they work for their living as daily labourers.
Now, Nitish Kumar has brought respect and dignity for them. Bihar will be better off without Lalus and Yadavs. Another 10 years for Nitish, Bihar will be one of top 10 in India.

Nitish has all the qualities to become PM. He is liked by all the communities and has a very clean image. He has changed the most corrupted state in India.
