Can People raise their voice against Property Rise
by historyrepeats on Dec 06, 2010 10:34 AM

Artificial hike in property prices is taking place because of this union . Rental is hit the rooftop
Thanks to
a) No houses being built.
b) Unnecessary proliferation of population in Urban locations.
c) Builders cheating with their hike through cartelisation route.
d) Cement cos denting the growth with their hefty margin being charged on per unit basis.
e) Govt. officials taking bribe from Builders to ensure that Govt run projects do not take off and continue to straddle at its place.
f) Politicians ensure that no city has maximum number of realty projects. Even if it theres then it should be beyond the reach of common men.
Houses worth multiple crores-- Who are purchasing these units . Is IT Sleauths asking these owners about their source of income.
India is a land of looters and we should immediately make Corruption a legal terms. There is no point in lying under the shadow of Hypocrasy.
Why the drive not being unleashed to decongest cities like Delhi and Mumbai to ensure that people from rural areas get their job there itself . In fact, offices in Delhi should shift to other areas so that chocking of road can be stopped forthwith. Is there any law to ensure that Cars are not parked enroute and block the main passageway. Cars are a big menace to the cities. Their explosion is like Raping the democracy of Roads.

a fool will buy to live in this villa.

For $2 million (8.5 crores) you can get permanent beach front property in Florida/Caribbean. And you will have access to much better roads, hospitals, schools, environment and cleaner air/water than filthy Gurgaon.

What we want....
by Tom Dick on Dec 03, 2010 04:47 PM  | Hide replies

What we want is some one to build houses where ordinary Indians can live a decent life with all amenities at affordable price. I don't think the guy who is spending 8.5 Cr for a house is interested in reading about it from rediff news item. The rich and famous will find out ways and means to spend it. Help the people who is striving to make a roof above their head with decent facilities.

Common Men can not purchase House worth Rs.5 Lakh and we are talking about Villas of Crores.

Rediff, pls give the name of builders who has paid you to post this article on dashboard.

Builders have brought the Indian Economy on the brink of Total Financial Collapse.
LIC Episode has been a blatent and glaring example as how corrupt our nation is and they give credence to the fact as to why Builders are able to hold their exorbitant prices of Houses so far without buckling under their financial loss.

India needs at least 5 crore houses in the next 1 year with each costing in the range of 4-5 lakhs with decent amenities and space of at least 1000 sq.ft. If this is not done, then option left is to increase the purchasing power by inflating the salary by at least 400 times of especially lower class people.
First of all, we have to decongest cities by relocating Industries to nearby smaller places and ensure Corporate do not hire people in Metros or Major cities rather they give employment in small towns. This is the need of the Hour.
