But these are fool companies as they don't know that the companies with progressive nature always support the idea of multiplying their headcount. Top executives normally adopt the mode of decreasing headcount to show profitability and please owners/promoters ,however they keep on increasing expenses on their own vested interest matters. Owners are fools who say cutting expenses on headcount helps them to increase profitability, in turn it looses their brand image in market and consequently market share. Companies are not made up of Brick or Morter but their reputation rests on employees welfare. More HANDS simply translates into Handsome profitability for any organisation of any nature and business magniture. The sign of good companies is that they keep on adding manpower even in times of market recession as it helps them to amplify their brand image. Good companies always believe in recruiting people in rural area and help to decongest Metros and Major cities. They spread their wings by networking strongly across length and breadth of nation by appointing marketing employees in all cities and rural areas rather concentrating every employee at their Head office.
