Great example what free market can do to our economy..
by imran patel on Aug 27, 2010 01:41 PM  | Hide replies

This is a great example to highlight what individual can achieve if we let them do their work and not burden them with government red tape.

Government is not the solution, it is the source of problems in many cases.

Great job buddy.

I dont know what is your qualification level..but here is the right comparison:
a Free MKT is like Windows OS
a Govt controlled Mkt is like Unix
Why? Becos Govt controlled Mkt gives equal oppurtunity to all sectors.
And Free MKT gives opportunity based on need want wealth. Need is fine but Want and Wealth will end up giving undesired priority to some particular sectors.
E.g. if I have huge wealth and want to collect candles..then wax makers will make hay and lamp makers in same place will starve, even though average people may "need" lamp as much as they "need" candle.
So yea..free market is not a free lunch.

Who says Indian's are not innovators and just good in providing serviced products. Innovation gets subdued by indian administtration because they are busy solving their own problems or making money. cheers to Rediff news makers who are highlighting such articles and motivating people who are actually innovators solving dire issues pertaining to Environment. Kudos!!!
