all the heartiest congrats to Mr. Mansukhbhai Jagani for his worldly famous innovation. This can put India in forrfront in the race of agriculturally well equipped and developed nations. The "Bullet Santi" has great scope of huge market in countries of Africa, as well as many asian countries. Heartiest congratulation and all the very best for all his future innovations.

We need to encourage such people. Govt should extend all possible support to these people. I won't mind if govt bring quota system for these innovative people :D

Rediff should be promoting and publishing more about people like Mansukhbhai rather than quoting Khushwant Singh about Rahul Gandhi bein talented.

yes really a good article about new innovations comming out from rural India,congratulations to Mr. Mansukhbhai Jagani a true representative of common Indian.
Here I would like to comment that education is not a degree or certificate,our old system enlightened the minds rather than certifying.Thanks to Rediff for such articles.

improvisation and presence of mind is what india requires. guys like these are the ones running the real india. Or else almost all engg. grads end up in front of comps or become management maniacs....the net worth of their whole employment lifecycle boils down to nothing in comparison to guys like this

Well I agree but don't you think with such innovations still he is just being able to earn 10-15 k per month where as any low level IT professional earning atleast 30-40 K per month .. So don't blame comp engineers/MBAs , people always pursue lucrative careers.
