In America 70% are employed in small businesses. The pay is lower but if the currency is strong ... small amount goes a long way.
What we need in India is a transition to currency appreciation and move away from export oriented economy and more of small business expansion.
we can learn from America on this front.. yes America is down now but they are still a giant and we can learn a lot on small business expansions from USA
