Re: Why this is happening only in IT industry only?
by Observer on Aug 16, 2010 10:37 AM
People working in BFSI (especially investment banking) are earning so much more ...
Look at the starting salaries of B-school grads going into BFSI ...
Wonder why critics are not training their guns or magnifying glasses on them ... may be singling out IT industry as a soft target.

This poor fellow has definitely lost mental imbalance.First called Infosys a chop shop and later ammended it as body shops. This shows the level of frustration among Americans due to global recession.India should also retalite and put heavy tax on American firms doing business in India.Shame Americans.

Ron Somers needs to sound politically correct...

After all, Indian 'chop-shops' are badly needed as a source of cheap labour. Or at least until the coming giant wave of Chinese 'chop-shops' is mature enough to entirely obviate the need to have any Indian 'chop-shop' !!

Many US businesses welcome the presence of

immigrant enterprise. After all, the latter do a lot of things for the US economy (and by extension for these US businesses).

The US body would shun any serious attempt to evict the large body of entrepreneurs in the US who hail from China, Europe, Japan, Latin American, etc. Indian companies too hold a share of the the US business pie and so they are also valued. The share held by Indian companies may be extremely tiny compared to that held by businesses from other countries such as China; but that in no way needs to reflect in the statement given by Ron Somers !

Thus those Indians who look upon the successes of Indian companies (successes chiefly deriving from provision of cheap labour) with pride can continue to live with the delusion that it is only Indian companies who are nurtured in America !!

Clintons are more selfish then couple of American Presidents put together. They love dictatorship. Bush was the best friend India ever had. Everybody knows India is a soft state run by a white skin and thus there would not be much backlash
