#Idea I'm writing to you with immense disappointment on your #PatheticMobileService. I am an unfortunate Idea customer from #Cochin. It is so sad that your false billing system and issue resolution procedure have led me to a career down fall. For no justifiable reason Idea has blocked my outgoing facility without any prior intimation. I was unable to contact even the customer grievance number. When I contacted a customer care executive he told me that they blocked my outgoing facility when my credit limit has exceeded. My monthly bill amount comes between 500 to 1,200 Rs and now my outstanding bill amount is above Rs 12,000. A basic investigation proved that this was due to the wrong billing system of Idea. I was already subscribed to Idea 2G data plan, but even after subscription gprs usage was counted to with normal tariff to my unbilled amount which is being waved off when final bill is generated. This is the only reason why my credit limit has exceeded. A customer care executive suggested me to make a partial payment. If they are counting on the gprs usage to current unbilled amount in the same way, it will take hardly few hours to exceed the limit. That does not make any sense. Since I was using my phone for office purposes, I missed a bunch of important calls due to Idea service. I reported the issue to customer care at 2:55 PM on 18th Dec 2013 and now time is 9:21 PM, still my outgoing facility is blocked.
i want to recharge with mobile banking but name of provider showing wrong when name of provider written as 'idea'. please provide me the name of provider so as to enable recharge with mobile banking.
