I have my personal experience about these companies. They are doing lot of "FARJIWADA" with there customers. I have personally experience that they are charging us for false calls, both in prepaid and post paid connections.. only reason why I am using these networks is that we don't have alternatives

IN INDIA ALL MOBILE COMPNY ARE DIVIDING OUR CONTURY by ROAMING ITS NOT GOOD WE R INDIAN SO ALL MOBILE COMPNY SHOULD PROVID HIS SERVICE WITHOUT ROAMING IN ALL INDIA .
Though Airtel is India's top mobile phone operator, it has to improve alot in expanding its services all across the country. Network signal disturbance is one of the major problem, especially in remote areas. i think airtel should look into this, and thereby provide better services to its customers..!!
This is the most unethical company we have ever seen on Indian landscape. There crews are only trained to mislead the customers - taking advantage of ignorance of Indian people - who do not even know - why money erode from their accounts on the name of value added services - which were activated by company without consent of customers and never turned off!!
I am not sure how Airtel was rated first and more surprisingly BSNL at 2... Airtel does not value customer value and does not bother to retain customers... Better we dont discuss BSNL quality of network...
