Had a similar experience with EMIRATES in BLR this year in Jan.. Very callous staff.. first they try to sweet talk you into saying that it may come in the next flight and when you ask for contact numbers of the manager to speak - they just say " we are not allowed to share" ! The poor passenger has nothing but a stony faced Tony....and the bad experience to live with..! Even after I took up the matter after finding out the email of responsible people through my business connects - the response was just the same..callous and rude. As a frequent flyer, the only option left was to never fly them - so did that !! But am sure - they hardly care!
