To bring more accounts to Future group you need to open up Kiosks in your own malls or ask all your Cashiers to pitch for your future group cards or whatever. This practise is followed by big Retail Giants like Carrefour and others internationally. This is in addition to what you are doing rigt now. You can create millions of curstomers who visit your stores.
these guys wld plan to expand business like hell... buy mr.biyani's financial acumen is pathetic.... the finance and money mall started by these guys in the yr2008 were closed within 6-8months... an close to 350 employees were askd to leave an company was closed in a month... right from executives to sr.mgmt... am one of those sufferers....an now one knew exact reason ..... an today future money is just a DSA to HDFC bank an others.... so think twice... their plans are short term not long term...

All banks came up thru DSA only. One day they will become big. See Barati Airtel. DSA's only made them big.But its very tough to run a DSA. Because everyday there are recruitment and retrenchment. U r one of those.

Lending in the retail market is not so easy. Citi Financial, GE Money , Fullerton , ICICI Bank personal loan are glaring example to it. The person who would be heading Future is the person who builds up retail loan portfolio of ICICI Bank. So best of luck to him
it is necessary to look into the time and motion study at future group very oftenly as that is the root of retail business. it seems to have many pitfalls to make it realize its dreams
