Tata and culture

Surprising but true.. I thought working for a tata company is like being in a place were i feel proud.. but no, it is most unethical company. i dont know if Mr.rathan is like that.. but people working for him are really below ground people.. They have cheated me my 30% of my CTC salary by showing a clause when i resigned. Guys never ever look for any one for there false loyalty or branding. it is ultimately your interest on work and payment you get are important. I did not take advice of my wife thinking TATA has value and ethics and resigned 4 days before year ended with notice period which ends after the end of financial year... ethics... its all bullshit.. But I will fight for it. I will not go down without a fight.. i hope Mr.rathan see this

Tata's is extremely attractive to people who are not inside. I am an Ex - Tata employee myself, and am not at all surprised to read your post.

Any comments from any present or ex - Tata employees or customers or suppliers?

Parsi people have not had a great time in india anyway since they landed in South Gujarat few centuries back. Their population has not grown at all and they have been leading mainly below average lives due to demographic pressures in Gujarat and elsewhere .

Lot of them are depressed as well . It is only a few that have lead successful lives.

How many jobs has Ratan Tata really created? What IS his vision?

When it comes to JN Tata, JRD Tata, Dhirubhai Ambani, N R Narayana Murthy, F C Kohli, Rahul Bajaj, K V Kamath, A. M. Naik, Sunil Bharati Mittal, I actually have an idea of what these people have created. However with Mukesh Ambani, Anil Ambani, Ratan Tata etc. etc. I'm really confused, what are the great jobs these people have created, what are the break through products they have DELIVERED to the customer, what great social work they have done?

He is the most befitting person to be elected as the NEXT PRESIDENT OF INDIA.

It would not only add to the prestige of the Indian politics as a Parsi has been selected from the most minority community of the worls THE PRESIDENT OF THE LARGEST DEMOCRACY OF THE WORLD.

AS & MD mere bhaiyo, for heaven's sake let RT continue his valuable work. Inducting him into a profession of "nodding bulls/cow" is like screwing him up for his good work. What's wrong with you guys.
