azim premzji is the one who invented speed monies in US mis-using visas ,without tax billing they way he is doing in India he is Padma bhushan awardee in India unlike infy murthy who is happy amssing real estate in and aorund bangalore by bullying govts at throw away prices much much more than the requiremnt of his indusry for next 100years

Premji removed toilet papers in Wipro office saying cost cutting and sav trees compaign.. we do need to consider this as Innoovation along with routine applications development and support IT stuff. also owning land bank in massive numbers as Govt are very generous in giving 1000 of acres to wipro...so natuarally his real estate pricess and assets it self will be huge.
IT is the future of India. Many companies must also run r&d and stop being fully dependent on the western technologies. From services sector, the nation must also move to innovation and manufacturing sectors.
How do u rate Wipro, TCS, Infy quality of working in day to day compare to top calls MNCs, here IBM is not up to the mark in India as MNC as IBM is part of bandwagon of Indian IT companies of looting low cost labor at cheap rates. Only Genuine ansers pls.

Wipro, TCS, Infy, Accenture, IBM - all the same. If you change the display name, you cannot recognize which company it is.
Too many mid level managers who are clueless about technology.
Huge politics.
Interview process is compromised, with regional biases.
HR hand-in-glove with placement agencies.
Even many product companies are same in India especially Huawei.

Shockingly, the mid level managers in all these companies have very poor people management skills. Actually mid level managers in these companies are lead developers/testers who love to screw the team members thinking that he is better than them.
Another myth these companies nurture - PMP. The fact is that all these so called PMPs have no knowledge of project management, but for these companies PMP on the resume is a must. :-)
azim has done well for the growth of IT in US by bribing and offering shares for offering contracts at Worldbank where americans would not have heard whats the speedmoney.As many indians are in Key post in US its easy for this pest premzi to get orders which probably would not even have executed but got paid and out central govt having got the kicks from his deal is not bothered
In-spite of recession USA does not resort to stop outsourcing but instead continue it ...this attribute is what has kept US the super power.
No , our IT industry did not leave the worst year behind but we have been pulled out of the worst year by USA/EU ...there is a big difference between the two.
Once we realize this we will reach where we have to be ..

in US even a loborer earns good ... there is no respect for work in this country ...
shame ... a country which cant create a structure for population control (its biggest enemy) ... but will do anything for IPL/BCCI

I agree with you. I have been hearing IT recovery for 6 months now but I dont see people changing jobs that easily as it used to happen 2 years back.

You do not know the difference between measure and major but you have 5 offers in your hand
India IT MNC reality bytes 1. will do all bullosht works 2. will do all maintainance works 3. will do applications and claims Software Development 4. will do all shtty call centers work and claims innovation 5. will pay extreemly low cost wages to eomplyees and claims a lot through billing
if any one want to kump over me...do it with facts and numbers rather postings stty useless comments

Kaiash : nothing worng doing any work or any job...but the way Indian IT companies and MNCs looting India talent under low cost tag is the concern...no over time rule, no unions, no value for massive stress type jobs, the pay and value for human working is far bellow the standard compare to West ot Uk or US. Why avg indian Programmer want t owork in USeven thease guys d't have skills...just to enjoy the life as the min pay rules saves them

brainy works are recognised whereas muscle power works are being ignored and less paid. any illiterate person can learn and do IT work . Whether a IT person can discharge any manual work of a labourer? NEVER
