you can buy through magicbricks.com, 99acres.com already.
anyway,i heard this.. (happens in western countries but i dont know if it happens in india ?)....when person builds a house and takes mortgage, then Treasury will print new currency equal to value of mortgage.hence the money in circulation increases with each new house.
but interesting thing is that as we all know ,total mortgage repayment equals to DOUBLE OF INITIAL MORTGAGE AMOUNT.so,though total currency circulation increases, the person will have to find the interest of house from this money pool (which is equal to 1 mortgage itself ,over life of loan).
hence each new house adds to the tightness of money in circulation..
is this true or false ?

NRI 's all your hard earned money will be vanished in one click

all your hard earned money will be vanished in one click. Buying property when you are personally there itself invites many frauds, and you are speaking of clicks.

Invest where you earn. Dont invest in India.Atleast you contribute to US or UK economy by investing there, and that is the place you earn

I did search all countries for a suitable house, there are beautiful French villas in Spain, country houses in England, luxury castles in Ireland, South Africa, and wonderful mansions in Rhode Island and Canada, US, Switzerland. But you know what, we are damn lucky to be in India. It is the only country where you don't have to pay anywhere between 2%-5% annual tax based on the cost of the house. India is the only country where this tax is exempt and avoidable if you are living in your own house. So I say its worth the investment and you can be sure that generations after can reap the benefits rather than having to sell out because you hit a rut in your finances. A wise doctor who returned from 20 years of foreign duty told me "Its better to be a first class citizen in a third class country rather than being a third class citizen in a first class country."
