When the oil depots are constructed they are constructed at remote places, but slowly it becomes a thickly populated area and govt does not not bother to check this. In fact even govt builings and slum clearance board's building have come up just adjacent to to oil depot. When oil companies move to new location govt should ensure that no residence is allowed in sorrounding area
