This shows how seriously the world takes India and its PM. Its an insult. We need dictators like Narendra or Lalit Modi at helm. Brazil would not have dared this with China or even Iran for that matter.

when the Brazilian President/Prime Minister comes to India, he is received at the airport by a Minister of State ranking minister. Brazil at least sent a cabinet rank minister to receive Dr MMS. india only gives the privilege of PM receiving a guest to the USA president.

...they will F00l brazilians to give free oil and aid....but MMS will mumble something vaguely about investment in india , they know india is one of the most corrupt countries in the world so they will smile feed him and send him off, committing nothing.
