Herry Dear, people of India are not 3rd class.pls dont say that, they are ignorant, simple and not cunning the politicians take advantage of this and win elections. The Poor indian masses have been systamatically destroyed by the political clan since independance. Yet they vote sincerely every election and keep the democracy alive. Its our netas n govt baboos who should be taught a lesson, these guys r 4th class.
Although we are providing 84 per cent of our rural population drinking water but as for as the quality of water is concerned we are far far away from the International standards.
This is a classic case of WHITE LIE...if providing water means suppling water for once in 7 days in cities and towns...we have done this!!...entire North India is having water shortage, Water supply in Mumbai is cut by 25%...Infact the SEAT which CP Joshi represent.."Bhilwara in Rajasthan...has supply of water by TRAIN for once in 7 days!!...and the minister is claming and our journo are publishing without checking the facts!!

India population was 347 million at the time of Independence in 1947. Now it is 1.2 billion in 2010. Who is responsible for this disaster, Off course illiterate Indian public and to some extent government.
