everyone ..Got the message!? this is the game plan for sibal destroy the education system existing in india.. by paying less salaries and creating confusion among the mid-level (career) teachers(Readers etc). As the unsatisfied teachers will migrate to private universities by brokers of GOVT and also foreign ones, you can shoot also the second bird of removing reservation. So this is the game plan of SIBAL ..that's why teachers in universityioes and IITS IIMS are given less pay and perks. So the other side Govt is thinking the social justification and upliftment through reservations is a malise for the country and do away with that!
Mahatma are turning in your grave ?>?!! waht about Ambedkar... mayavati is sleeping I hope!
hahahahah

Honestly , who will poach the govt teachers ? They themselves (most of them) through back door entry who are devoid of any merit themselves. I am talking about the higher education. Below university level it is horrible. Better not talk about it.

Ofcourse with all due respect to few of whom are really meritorious. I mean even in case of higher education where teachers themselves are substandards ( leave the IITs and IIMs alone cos they are different league). Rest of the MHRD funded , UGC funded universities. How many of them are capable of discharging their duty as teachers and have astuteness for research and development of sciences ?

Do you really think and afraid that foreign universities are really interested in poaching these sub-standard teachers who themeselves got into the position through back door? Get real. They are safe in government provided couch like every thing that is substandard yet has a mass appeal.

Quota
by Satish Gupta on Sep 29, 2009 01:13 PM

As I understand, even Indian non-govt aided institutions are required by law to provide for quota on SC/ST, OBC. If not true, then see the counselling done by state universities for engineering, MBA and other such professional courses. Our Minister needs to update and even your correspondent should know this and report accordingly.....

It is written like this:
A PTI story, quoted Sibal stating that ". . . adherence to Indian laws, including on reservation, will be one of the prerequisite conditions for foreign universities interested in setting up their campuses."

1)PTI is writing stories now a days?
2)My normal sense of english says that Kapil Sibal said they have to follow the reservation system.Which one is correct? The heading or the text?

nobody should avoid the law of this country as s/c s/t and obc"s are the main citizen of this country they have to first chance in any decision. they are more than 75% in the papulation.but they having assets of 20% only this is not justice.
