This options is helpful to bank and a CIBIL defaulters who are not getting any loans... the CIBIL score will improve and I think this the only way a defaulter in his life time will get from the Bank..

own saving or current account

what will happen when fraud transaction takes place with the card
Bank will just take whole FD amount interest in spite of raising Dispute.
