websites?? i think pretty much every rule for the handicapped is handicapped in our system.. be it travel, office or anywhere

As if our educated engineers are surfing indian websites... they all go to UK/US and serve there only.
And then as far as disabled ppls r concerned, I don't think that we are educated enough to take that pain of either voting and selecting good people.
'Chalta hai' is the worst thing!!!
And go on adding more caste's and quota's.. huhhh

most of the govt websites are so poorly developed that they cant be accessed properly by abled people as well!
