Chad-di's have infested this board. After 2 suuccessive defeats inflicted on the chad-dis by YSR now they are moving naked. And they faaaaaaart in public. Since the day YSR went missing the farts have only grown in size.

The plight of the chad-dis after 2 successive defeats is understood. Unfortunately the faaaaarts will never stop as chad-diiis are never going to win again, YSR has ensured that

Srinath Reddy
YSR you are the true son of Andhra Pradesh
by Srinath Reddy on Sep 04, 2009 09:48 PM  | Hide replies

YSR is in many ways greater leader than NTR. NTR was a great leader as well but he was not able to make the best use his power for the welfare of the people. Chandrababu Naidu is a good leader too but he did not look beyond cities and foreign investment. YSR was the leader of complete package, Not only did he maintain a very good investment friendly environment which is evident from the fact that so many international leaders are offering their condolences, but also he did a lot of work for the poor people and farmers of the state. Go talk to people in towns and villages, you will realise why people love him and is not able to bear the shock. I am not a kind of person who thinks giving freebies is the right thing to do for the economy but in the case of farmers fighting the drought and villages, this might be good to a certain extent. And YSR really understood the pain of these poor people and that is why he helped people get their own house with Indira Gandhi Awas yojana, Old age pension scheme, Rojgar yojana. And the biggest deal is that all this schemes were implemented without much grass root corruption, meaning people actually got what they were supposed to.

YSR death and GROWTH OF AP
by Rajesh Vyas on Sep 04, 2009 01:35 PM  | Hide replies

We, Indians, always have given an AURA of indispensibility to our politicians. There used to be questions like--WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO US WITHOUT AND AFTER JAWAHARLAL NEHRU AND INDIRA GANDHI. A country if more than a billion cannot be dependent on a handful of leaders. The show must go on as usual. YSR did a great job for AP. The aim should be to better than him and not to look back. God decided to take him back early but our forward march should go on and on. This will be a great trubute to the great departed leader.

Rosaiah or Jagan could Revive
by Sunil Dupakuntla on Sep 04, 2009 01:25 PM

- What was the experience Rajiv had got in Politics when he became PM immedietly after the death of Rajiv.
- What was the experience of Navin Patnaik when he became CM of Orissa.
- What is the experience of Rabdi Devi to become CM of Bihar.
- What is the political experience of Manmohan who can't even win Loksabha seat to become PM. Yes, he is talented to Economist but not an Administrator when he became PM.
So this is not first of its kind. YSRs current team and well wishers have assured that they are with Jagan. He is a well educated, He is an enterprenuer, He is in touch with politics for last 5-6 years.

Jaipal Reddy was a Janatadal person joined congress later. Purandreswari is also a TDP person joined Congress after differences arised betwee her husbend and Chandrababu. Other senior leaders like V Hanumantha Rao, K Keshava Rao, MSR do not have acceptece across AP. They are also aged, outdated and their contribution to party or state in last 5 years is 0.

Hence either Senior Most, Very Experienced, Eminent personality like Rosaiah deserves CM post. If not it should be only Jagan. Because World is expecting the generational change. He has all the capabilities to become another YSR.

YSR has been a populist chief minister and state economy has suffered as consequence of that. Both TDP and Congress have neglected teh SME and Agribiz sector.Over emphasis on IT and Real estate have distorted the economy to a point state finances are in a terrible mess.
