I dont understand why hindi belt's denstiny lies out of india ? All they need improve english and computer skills. Be well mannered. Like south private company will coming running to you that would creat jobs and better infrastructure. And its already happening. People in north india have finally tightened their belt. thing would change in coming years.

With incompetent, power-crazed thieving criminals the likes of Mulayam, Lalu, Mayawati for leaders, who care about their own personal interests only, it's no surprise that such 'developments' have been given a miss in those states.
Economic agreements are key to Indo-US relations. US has techno and systems. India is growing fast they need that. Without we cant grow faster. Its give take relationship. No country does favour on others. But strong economic coopeartion will keep both country together and beneficial for both. India needs to give up demanding attitude and see what it has to offer in the relationship. No body is your servant. and gonna serve your need. you have to offer benefits and other party would respond. Its simple.
