ONLY WAY indians can save jobs is BY INTENSE COMPETITION,
if Desi companies cannot compete in every space to gain marker, the videshi companies will downsize Desis all over the places...
apart from getting videsh companyes client, their products,
the competition also includes being able to hire desis from videshi company.
this is the fact. afterall,
desis cannot survive if they dont have something Desi better than IBMs, Accenture, deloitte, etc.
At the same time the desi alternate can also offer better Desi cultural norms.
Otherwise videshi will not put mone in indian pockets.
