i thought the american economy was showing signs of recovering then why still people getting layed off.one sign of american economy recovering is the spike in oil prices.all bull.speculators want to earn some money in oil so they start these bullshit speculative rumours.the big players never lose it is always the small fish who lose out.

Oh well, dont you think recession has given the higher management of any company a very good excuse to lay off people in bulk for cost cutting? If these companies tried to layoff so many people at once when the economy was healthy there would have been an uproar and may be action from the governments. But right now they are free to do whatever they want!
