Let us start our own pricing here. Let the auction start at Rs.1. Any higher bids? The condition is Taj must be maintained atleast at present level and it is the final sale. No more sale till posterity, unless the owner dies or becomes insolvent. The owner will be responsible for its maintenance and will be entitled to revenue from its present income levels vis. entry tickets, rentals from shops and advertisements only. Any takers?
good to see that govt. had strated announcing the rates of these things....jst waiting for the moment when we will do the same with our politician since these days most of the parties are jst gussing their rates...
