In todays world the global currency is USD and even otherwise also it is the place for all new inventions and so is the rate of corruption. it is the starting point for all sorts of corruption. If you were in US you would know. You cannot survive in that country without being a part of that corruption. Loosers might say how did you know when you have not been a part of it? whilst the answer is...for someone to know and represent something he need not necessarily be a part of it, one could be pushed into circumstances also.
Coming back to Corruption, US should top the list and should be heavily sanctioned (if one understands this clearly). Its high time US gets this treatment for they have been doing this to the entire would till date. Hey kisi mein dum ke kar sake US yeh halath.. Yes... Only China is capable of bringing US on its knees.. Believe it or not China is the superpower of todays world.... grow up before it swallows you...
USA is going towards protectionism and corruption. Obama Treasury Secretary have't paid his Income tax from Last 3 years. Obama’s senate seat sold for $1million. Lehman Brothers fraud 50b. Bank corrupt AIG Bonus giving bonuses. Is this not consider as corruption in USA.Why All NRI's and western people blame India as one of the most corrupt country in the world. It means if rich do any fraud and Scam is legal.
100 % ploiticans are corrupt and with the wayy the expenses for standing in election have rocketed - no decent man can fight and win - as resources are not possible. In industry the common excuse is we need to bribe the bureacrats and politicns hence we syphon money .The fact is if Rs 100 is to be bribed 1000 will be syphoned off. The way the promises are made - the middle class is going to bear the burden soon .

This speaks volumes about our corruption levels. These are real numbers not madeup... I can safely say that 90% of our politicians at state and central level and 50% of our businesses make up the bulk of the amount above.. THIS IS A REASON WHY CORRUPTION IS NEVER A ELECTION ISSUE...NEVER... Unfortuantely...if this money is secretly deposited in Indian banks, its in circulation..but keeping it in Switz banks is killing the movement of the same...NOW we know why a country with no goods and services has so much of economic power

Dont knw how u got these figures, however is will be safe to claim that these are not actual. It may be more than that. We are the root cause. We try and bribe the traffic cop to let us go when we are caught. We bribe the police to pass the passport documents further. We bribe then to get our work done. If we stop paying, they will stop taking. Donot knw if the anti curroption dept is free of this atleast.

people are selling ack form and get money inside income tax offices from ppl coming to file return.May be India has progressed a lot now atleast in corruption.

Indians HATE each other and does not want fellow Indian to SUCCEED. CASTE aka socio-economic collusion is the HIDDEN agenda between any two individuals in Politics, Business, Police and Judiciary. Since ONLY source of FUNDS for Political Parties is BRIBES from Businesses, they must be LOYAL to them.

Everything agreed. But Sachin did not evade the taxes on his car. He wanted a discount on the taxes, but when he cud not, FIAT paid the taxes for him as a goodwill gesture. The taxes are paid. He pays the Income Taxes regularly. Others like Akshay Kumar and recently Amitabh Bacchan also make it to the list.
u guys have forgot about indian govt. organizations. hell a lot of corruption to move a file from one dept.to other. The officials are not even ashamed of asking bribe from one individual to other. From attender to top boss in govt. organization every one is corrupted. It's a shame on these people.
