Our Constitution is built up on four pillars- Legislature, executive, Judiciary and Media.
In the present day practice politicians (Legislature) interfere in almost all spheres of operation. We need to stop this not by force but voluntarily. Each section should evaluate their rights and responsibilities and work within the limits as visioned in the Constitution. We can not draw a line to divide the rights and responsibilities.
Here come another sphere of work 'REGULATORS'. Where do we include this in the FOUR pillars? A deep thought is necessary to decide the answer. The foreign re-colopowers are trying its best to manipulate the civil service. This is a fit subject for researchers. Take a list of all top civil servants who managed to get selected for highly placed posts. Evaluate their decisions while working in the previous 20 years. Astonishing facts will be exposed. The unpatriotic decisions of these civil servants will be known to the public.
In this circumstances we must think of avoiding IAS/IFS men from holding any regulatory posts after retirement. A blanket stop is not advised. But a thorough check on the credentials is warranted.
Several of the government decisions point to the fact that there are FIFTH COLUMN men in the civil service.
Men from the private/public sector also need to be screened for their love for the country.

Wow! The only non-IAS Regulatory head, VK Sibal, directorate general, Hydrocarbons was arrested on charges of corruption. Atleast rest of regulatory agencies headed by IAS officers are not in corruption mess!
