Laborers from the middle east send more money to India than the pathetic H1b coolies. L1, PIO's , O visa holders too send money. Whats the big deal about h1b ? A bunch of whining losers on the bench now trying to justify their existence....a downfall which they themselves have caused with their fraudulent ways

Many US and Indian owned US companies bring workers on very little salaries on the locations which are remote and have very low wages, and then place these workers on high billing rate locations like New York, New Jersey, San Francisco. This is an abuse of the system which genuinely tries to address the short fall and having a fairness to its citizens. Every country has right to protect its citizens. It is nothing to do with India, or the Nuclear deals or targeting Indians, but most of these companies are Indian owned so it looks like that. Law is Law, it must not be seen in India/US/China perspective. Additionally, these so called company owners intentionally falsify documents under perjury that they will keep the employees where the H1 is applied for and know the consequences of not complying. This has been going on the last 10-15 Years, its only now they are under scrutiny. Let them all be jailed and pay their employees all the back wages which they must have received in the first place and that will be justice.
If someone summarizes all the comments below; it will say something like this; all Indians; whereever they are; indulge in frauds, scams and this behaviour is as a result of their Indian descent.

In a poor zoo of India, a lion was frustrated as he was offered not More than 1 kg of meat a day.
The lion thought its prayers were answered. When one day a Dubai Zoo Manager visited the zoo and requested the zoo management to shift the lion to Dubai Zoo.
The lion was so happy and started thinking of a central A/C environment, a goat or two every day.
On its first day after arrival, the lion was offered a big bag, sealed very nicely for breakfast. The lion opened it quickly but was shocked to see that it contained few bananas. The lion thought that may be they cared too much for him as they were worried about his stomach as he had recently shifted from India .
The next day the same thing happened. On the third day again the same foodbag of bananas was delivered.
The lion was so furious; it stopped the delivery boy and blasted at him,'don't you know I am the lion...king of the Jungle..., what's wrong with your management? What nonsense is this? Why are you delivering bananas to me?
The delivery boy politely said, 'Sir, I know you are the king of the jungle ... but... you have been brought here on a monkey's visa !!! '
Moral of the Story....
Better to be a Lion in your own country than a Monkey elsewhere.

Mr Varma, Dowry system in india is abandoned long days back.If u seek to get dowry keeping reaosns in the front, u will be jailed.
