thank you sir for your comment.the article was submitted to rediff before the unsuccessful lauch of OCO ON FEB 24RTH. though i respect your criticism,the central theme of the article was japanese green leadership aspirations.....and though nasa has failed in this particular venture but that in no way denies the argument of a green space race beign triggered off.
