I think this guy has some other plans. I he is really interested,then he must build the univesity at a place where there is no problems.Why harm all the villagers and destroy the ecology.This guy looks very dangerous.

BE POSITIVE: Every positive thinking is an effective tool for successful living. Do not think everything negavtive. You pay 10 Rupees and you expect your satisfaction for Thumsup, if a person is spend 1 Billion Dollars then, he should not think about his profit after education the society. HE HAS A PROFIT and SOCIETY HAS MORE PROFIT.
Why not involve other academics of local Orissa and other philonthrophic Indians IIT graduates to give such a Grand educational project its due RECOGNITION. In that way the opposition will dissolve over a period of time.

The place where this University will be coming up is PURI, ORISSA. Quite a wonderful place, on the sea shore.
