Driving a car and an aircraft is not the same. It requires two different skills. To fly an aircraft one has to get the pilot license since while flying an aircraft you have take the help of Air Traffic Control (ATC) which normally all the pilots follows. ATC will charge a lot of money to provide the service.

this is just a proof of concept. once proven and huge investment poured, rules could be change to whatever people ang government think appropriate
Good to see, but what about security problem with us, on world map, this sub continent - South East Asia is most disturbed and under terrorists, caters about 1/3 population of the world.
Its a great concept for something like air taxis. High end buses cost upto 50-60 lakhs. If this vehicle can be made available around even 1 - 1.5 crores, the ticket prices for inter state transportation could be almost comparable to any high end bus services. Great concept... still needs a lot of govt review for traffic regulation, though. But not something that can't be figured out in time.

oyie goonchu! it is only for two persons. and do not worry! It is not for Indian roads!
We have Airplane cum Helicopter (VTOL). This plane shud be upgraded to also be a helicopter. Then our netas can use to commute and not create traffic jams with red light siren pilot vehicle etc.
