The TIN-NSDL site has details of the Annual Information return (AIR). I checked the FAQ's for filing the AIR and couldn't find individuals there.

see the ITRs, then you can find the AIR details to be filled by individuals viz. ITR-2, ITR-4 etc.

My friend, whom I'm assisting in filing his returns has transactions that need to be reported (in AIR), and thanks to you I am able to guide him correctly.
