When it takes an year just to hear Kasab's stories in court in the name of investigation..Afzal Guru still not hanged even after Supreme Court mandated it...Congress survives and rules nation on anti-national vote-bank, Indians say...what's the big deal? When it is revealed that lalu Prasad bluffed and also did a Satyam-act on Railways revenue figures, an PM responds he was not aware of anyting...Indians say, whats the big deal?

Not only the US officials, but even Indian stock exchanges, DCA and courts should investigate all the top management of Satyam during the last 7 years, as such an enormous fraud could not have been done just by the CMD, CEO & CFOs. Even the board of directors who vetted every resolution of the company should be held responsible.
Finally, the people of India are happy that such a fraud is atleast put in jail for last 7 months, his company has gone down in the history, his sons are almost on streets after their companies(Maytas Infra & Maytas properties) were also ruined, his friends & relatives lost huge amounts paid as unoffiial loans to the group companies and finally all his accomplishers are subjected to huge humiliation in the corporate India.
Raju should be punished and the politicians involved in the scam and the government which had allloted the lands should be punished as well and end of the Satyam was made the scapegoat
its a thick plot, and raju was shielded for many days by the cops. you only need to be an idiot - not to understand the situation!
its a good cover by the government and everyone concerned with satyam. tech mahindra would have been told all of it, and also ensured that this high profile company is protected.
essentially, we dont have 100% law abiding, 70% is good enough. for the rest of us - even 30-50% justice is a great deal!
Why SEC needs India's permission. Satyam was listed in NYSE, SEC is obligated to US investor. They do not need outside countries permission to probe a company that is listed in NYSE, NASDAQ or anywhere within US jurisdiction.

AP is the rape state(highest no of attrocities against girls & women like acid attacks etc), liquor capital(highest consumption of Liquour in India), fraud capital(Satyam, Prudential bank, Krushi bank, Charminar bank, Maytas etc), AIDS capital ( highest no of adulteries, highest AIDS cases in India), worst education system(qualifying marks for professional courses is 20 percent in AP), foreign craze state(either educated people go to US or uneducated people including women go to gulf countries to do whatever(!!!!!) jobs.

Krushi Bank,Global Trust Bank,Satyam,Maytas..then some are witing in line...LANCO,Nagarjuna Group,EENADU group&Infotech Enterprises(Land aquisition from the govt with throw away prices)..and the list goes on.AP is full of scams and gamblings..Whoever comes to power they will loot the state.Each one is having their own style. 1.One follows modern method,by creating some fake company which is going to pour billions(actually in paper....)and thereby creating a demand at the areas then encashing with real estate property..Land Mafia.. 2.Other way is traditional method...Irrigation projects...wherever canals are there or not canals will be created but no water will be available..and the money will be going to the contractors pockets...which in turn the same money (may be 10%) will be used for elections by votes for currency... 3.If Only Banjara Hills is given for probe into findings..there will be crores of rupees of unaccounted money.

Yes you are right. But its in AP that scams are busted. Had it been in any other state, they would never come out. Thank God, AP is not that bad.

Govt. will not handover some ministers including chiefminsiter to US authority for trial and in every scam in India, govt. people r first to get involved
