Is there any wiseman here? Mr. Nath claims that he is wise. Is it possible to construct roads with such speed? Is it healthy for the financial sector to spend such a huge sum in a short time? Does he study the effect of spending such huge sum in a short time? Someone, may be from abroad, prepared a draft and asked him read it in public so that the bureaucrats etc can move 'as they like' assuming the statement of the minister as an instruction. Let the minister know that there should be a balanced growth in all sectors failing which there will be chaos and uncertainty in all fields. Does the minister assessed the total outlay required in all fields comparable with the proposed out lay on roads? The present govt is taking India for a ride and throw it in the Bay of Bengal. Let the men claimed to be super intelligent listen to intelligentsia of the country before deciding the plan outlay. Let there be public debate and discussions.
