Dear FM. Please tell me "is there any monitor board to fix the MRP rates ''?
HLL firm is looting ,as and when required. The firm is having all marketing funda to raise the rates.
Earlier 1k of oil ,Now 1 ltr .Ultimately consumer loses 90 grams of oil.
Unilever (HLL) prints his own MRP with his own weight. See the PEARS soap ,It is inclusive of 75grams sof packet also . Out of 75grams ,10grams go to Packet size. They make us fool. Earlier TIDE washing powder packet 1Kg,But the same size the actual gram is 850only. No one is questioning !!!

I feel Finance Minister does not know the statistics of price rise in all the corner for the consumers. The Companies manufacturing essential house hold goods either increased the price more than double rate what prevailed in March,2008 or reduced the quantity or with both. You can see with Rin Supreme Soap,Any Tea from HUL, Maggie from Nestle etc., Further the Price of Rice went upto Rs.38/- per Kg in Trichy, Tamil Nadu where abundant paddy fields are available. Please cry for the price rise of common mans daily use items.

Recently HUL has changed their sales target from value to quantiy. For this reason they have concentrted on weight of item with / without changing the rates. By decreasing the weight of item , no of unit will be sold more.

Geeta me saf likha hai "Sharir nashwar hai atma amar hai." Dhan se lobh achcha nahin hai.Sab yahin rahj jayega.
It is good to hear that government increased the wage per day to Rs 100 for the people who work under NREGA but the government should look into ways and means to reduce the corruption, which is prevailing under this scheme.
I had chance to evaluate the NREGA in Cuddalore and Nagpatinam Districts of Tamilnadu where in some of the places where MR list manipulated and the money is shared among BDO, clerk, engineer in Block development office and panchayat president and panchayat clerk…. This corruption will add to our budget expenses as if the money is given to poor people…….. if goes in the same way … How our UPA government can reduce the BPL to 50% by 2014…….

Jesu Raj, 3000 Rs Per month-400 Rs for weekends ie 2600 Rs is sufficient to survive in your cuddalore district?
