Instead of disinvestment of all PSUs (only profitable) give partnership to all Indians irrespective of any financial class .Every Indian will be given 100 units of Rs 2 value of all PSUs .No Indian can have more than 5 PSUs at a time . I think in this way we can generate Rs 1 to 3 lakh crore from public itself .One can sell his or her units after 10 years with 10 times of investments .The money earned by Gov can be invested in EQ ,debt market ,fixed assest etc .
I think Gov can earn 1 to 2 lakh crore of rupees with in 2 to 3 years time by this system .In this way PVT companies also can generate funds
Money generated with this unique system by GOV and Pvt should be regulated by a highest body appointed by PM and PM will be head only All the companies get such fund must be accountable to most ordinery partner in village and the partnet should know and get information through RTI system .
WHY NOT EVERY INDIAN PUTTING PRESSURE ON GOVERNMENT TO BRING BACK INDIAN MONEY FROM SWISS BANK WHICH CAN SOLVE PROBLEMS OF INDIA and WHICH CAN CHANGE SENSEX LEVEL TO 50,000 AND GOVERNMENT CAN MAKE 20 LAKH HOUSE,1000 HOSPITAL and 5000 COLLEGES and 10,000 PRIMARY SCHOOL IN EACH CITY.
