roshini should start as a graduate trainee and then move the corporate ladder. What is the exp. she has got to be a ED and CEO? she should understand the ground level work first.

Ask your father why he never opened a company like HCL. If u can accept Rahul Gandhi as forthcoming PM of India. Why its getting so difficult for u to digest her as CEO of her father's company.

How many companies your father or grand fathers have opened? Before firing such questions to anyone first see your level. Seems, you even have not been parted proper manners by your father let opening of companies aside...
