There are a larger number of egoiest managers all around. I have worked with couple of them when I was with GE Ulsoor bangalore. They just wanted to save there chairs and always promoting guys who just licks them. No value for hard work becuase they themselves had never worked hard. In my total 10 year in IT those were worse, other places also have ups and down but there no was totally different approach.
