NIA for Terrorism, what for Corruption???
by Sudhir Sharma on Jan 20, 2009 02:57 PM

India has set up NIA to fight terrorism, next step should be to set up Federal body to fight corruption.

Corruption is far more lethal than terrorism and India and Indians have become habitual to it. There is an urgent need to have a Federal Agency to tackle corruption, otherwise corruption will eat away the revenues of India.

YSR

YSR Means- Yes, Sir Raju.
The audacity of a corporate head to de-fraud the company, clearly indicates the support of the government in chair. Why probe corporate governance, probably we need to probe the Elected Government's Governance- first, without the political support no body has go the courage to do this dastardly act of putting the system, employees, shareholders at stake. Shame on such politicians, Notorious Dacoits from ravines are trustable.

Judicial system is in the hands of Executive, that is with the politicians. What else is required. First thing when Politicians has submitted their Assets Details to Election Commission, cannot the Judicial system take action based on that first. They cannot since they are in the hands of Politicians.

85% of the cases are pending for 20 years, so what can you expect ?

Religious Conversion at a very high rate in AP!
by Naveen on Jan 20, 2009 02:54 PM

Religious Conversion is going on at a very high rate in AP after YSR became CM!

YSR's evangelist son-in-law is very busy in this conversion process and even State Cabinet ministers are attending his conversion speeches.

YSR even set his wicked eyes on Tirumala by trying to declae the ancient 7-hill kshetra as a 5-hill kshetra so that he can use the other 2 hills for Christian activities.

He appointed Karunakar Reddy, an atheist and a former naxalite as TTD Chairman.

Example for conversion activities: 3 churches were built recently in my maternal grandfather's village. They even asked my grandfather's brother to convert. He told them that he will kill them if they try to convert people.

It is high-time to bring BJP to power in AP! Wake up all secularists before it is too late!

Country in Crisis
by Sudhir Sharma on Jan 20, 2009 02:52 PM  | Hide replies

The Lok Sabha general elections are round the corner in April- May and the biggest question in front of an Indian voter is who to choose.

1) To choose BJP , which does not have a good outlook and does not talk about economic development. BJP does not have a leadership today and furture seems to be dark

2) Or Congress, which inspite of having a young leadership coming up and having economists like Manmohan Singh and P Chidambaram but still struggles which red tapism from the high command and high level of corruption among the partyworkers

Indian voter still confused!!!

There are many other Indian voters who are not confused and can see the developments implemented by BJP during their rule. Indian voters just want to throw out the Italian import.

Inspiring story from Bangladesh politics
by crazedcat on Jan 20, 2009 02:50 PM

Not many of us in India appreciate the non violent revolution that happened in Bdesh in 2007. Here's the summary:

Khaleda Zia's govt, supported by Islamofascist parties, was leading Bdesh towards becoming another pak, with rise in suicide bombings, human rights violations, and fundamentalism. Towards end of 2006, Bdesh military stepped in and put up a non-party caretaker government under Fakhruddin Ahmed, who is an educated urbane reformer technocrat. A coup is normally considered bad, but what happened in Bdesh is good and inspiring. This combination of technocrats backed up by military believed in a strict anti corruption drive, and prosecuted many bigshots from both big parties, incl Zia's son. Within 2 years, they held elections and voluntarily gave up power. The Bdesh people also responded by giving Sheikh Hasina's moderate government a 90% landslide victory. Zia and her fanatic buddies have broken up. The Bdesh people also would have got more confidence now that their country is in fairly good hands even in the background.

Now if it's possible in a country like Bdesh, it's definitely possible here. Somebody from our army should follow his conscience. He already has popular support.

Arogyasri is a utter flop! There is no money to pay for it! He is bringing these schemes to just get votes! And, the state is in neck-deep debt. YSR needs to learn from Modi on how to implement schemes without destroying the state!

dear Narendra

schemes are fine, but are they really reaching to public. certainly NO. I know Dr reddy for about 25 years personally and politically. He has done nothing to Kadapa before he sworn as CM. Now he is just promoting kadapa to secure/increase his assets.

You mean to say that there is no solution to what YSR has done and it should be just taken as a common issue.

Also you want other state Cheif Minister's to copy the same ( selling government lands to buisnessmen) and make it a common practise.

BAN CONGRESS
by Guest on Jan 20, 2009 02:46 PM

I m sure if the congress party continue to be in politics for another decade we will definitely have Islamabad as the national capital one day...
So it has become necessary to completely ban Congress and declare it as an anti-national outfit.
These mullah appeasers can go to any exent to gain power and practise corruption to raise money.
Bhagwan bachaye is desh to congress ki prakop se...
