Whether it is Montek's liberalism or Karat's controls in India it will not just work. The people are following politicians way of minting money. Be corrupt, get wealthier at any rate.
Sathyam scandal and the drama which was played depicting the investigations is also going to be yet another episode of fooling the public. Y.S.R. Reddy and his son are the poineers of the real estate mafia in Andhra and Karnataka. Congress leadership can do nothing about them as they are financially strong enough to make the congress leadership fall at their feet.

Hello Mr Rao, Even I am from Andhra Pradesh. I will not accept your statement saying CM has any role in Satyam scandle. Do you have any evidence to make such allegations. There are lot of roumers making rounds that Chandra Babu Naidu has binami investments in Satyam. Whay is your say on that.

If somebody is strong in real estate it is not necessary that they would have involvement in that scandle.
Tell me how the other 16 states have awarded projects to Maytas. Did all the CMs of the respective states have any share in this scandle.
Even AP gove had the same picture about the Satyam and Maytas before awarding any Land to Satyam or awarding any projects to Maytas.
Dr Rajasekhar Redy feels that he is doing favour to poor people but he has completely ignored the poor and especially the middle class people the middle class people are unable to survive in his regime due to high rates of rental and plot sales and everything as been increased it looks like the government want to earn all the money at a time which they are in not in power since the telugu desam has come his publicity is only dream but it is not given to anyone The people faced lot of problems and as he is like a dictator and even the congress high command also supports him G.Srinivas Hyderabad

My dear Srinivas, I am living in Mumbai and I too feel the same pain because of the shoot up of real estate prices, rents and inflation.
Gove do not have proper reins to control the real estate prices. Reforms are required to the system. Coming the inflation it is existing world wide at the moment in these tough times.
If YSR did not do anything to the state, how did more that 10-15 projects are completed and successfully running.
If you ask the farmers in Villeges, they will tell you what YSR did to the entire state.
The opportunistic Lilliput political ball games & penchant for self goals by every new entrant and old seasoned players nearer to us are sickening to watch .At far away places such as Gaza and Northern Srilanka Devastating genocides are taking place in the name of War against terror. It is really a depressing period. The 'Satyamisation' of Andhra pradesh politico-economic scenario where The greed of an over smart new generation corporate honcho in amassing massive land mass not only spells doom to him but also to the political parties which depended on paybacks from such social blood suckers who can easily subvert the entire election process by financing the expenditure of any major party ( Rs 3 crores x 294 assembly segments= Approximately 900 crores which is not equivalent but a minuscule portion of commissions transacted on the sanctioned project contracts to MAYTAS etc ). While the living 'LEGENDS' cause shame , sickness , dismay and depression to us ...Else where a srilankan Editor and jurist inspired us even in his death with his noble convictions. Please read the final article by Mr Lasantha wickramathunga which was published only after his assassination recently by lankan mercenary state sponsored killers. Such noble personalities are the ray of hope for humanity in its endeavors towards better future with inclusive growth. We need such journos WHO ARE RARE SPECIES right now here in AP which has a biased casteist media serving the vested interests of few clans.
I have gone through the note, there is no referance of any land deal scandal as reported in artical, conveniently ingnoring all the positive aspects of the note the author tried to give a false information. All others who agreed with the report, please go throgh the report and come to conclusion.

It's in the first point itself. Of course, no Indian bureau-rat will openly voice his suspicion because he is in fact a mouse. He will do it through soft words like "..prospects were somewhat uncertain.". His IAS training teaches him to be a mouse. You've to read betn the lines.
Secondly, bashing politicians and bureau-rats is a very satisfying activity. Looking at them makes us feel we are all angels of virtue. So it wouldn't have mattered even if the report said nothing.

It clearly says that when Reddy saught to raise 12000 Cr through land deal Montek raised few doubts and now they are coming to be true. Title is fitting. So where's the mole as u r saying?

these are small matters. YSR is a champion of corruption and makes billions by all means. Land sales to maytas is a needle in the hay
