Nagarjuna Finance Ltd, the old management Directors of 12 years ago was arrested, on cheating case, for non payment of fixed deposits. Mr KS Raju & then directors already sold of company and changed over to many hands. Still they were arrested for the reason Y Samuel Raj Sekhar Reddy AP - CM wanted Nimmesh Kampani in the Jail. See the connection because of anger on Shri Ramoji Rao's Investor Nimmesh Kampani, the total number of directors (12 years old story) of NFL was issued non bailable arrest warrants & some were arrested. Black Stone came forward to bail out Mr Ramoji Rao, since Samuel Raj Sekhar Reddy threatened them they have backed out lending 500 crores. JM Financial -Nimmesh Kampani came forward to invest & invested. Samuel was very angry and asked to verify who is this Nimmesh Kampani dare enough to rescue the Ramoji group. Vundavalli Arun Kumar -MP & a dog who sniff the economic affairs of Samuel Raj Sekhar Reddy was kept at Registrar of Companies to sniff in which companies he is & was the director. They found Nagarjuna Finance Limited Nimmesh Kampani was director 12 years ago. Samuel Raj Sekhar Reddy send two vans of Police to Nimmesh Kampani house at Mumbai, & mid night they showed the orders to the local SI of the concerned police station to identify, luckily that Nimmesh Kampani was at Dubai, but simeltonously KS Raju & others were arrested. Samuel Raj Sekhar Reddy arranged wall posters of Nimmesh kampani & others were pasted at Indian Airports &
i think this is a good idea, police can use similar technique to get all the information out of Raju, I believe he is acting as good father and trying to protect his siblines which i feel will ultimately come out as real culprits.
Why ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau) do not raid politicians' houses? These days, we are reading in the papers and watching on the television about raids happening on some small guys who were caught taking bribes ranging from few hundreds to few lakhs to multiple crores like our Raju. These guys should be caught....there is no denying in that. But, why does'nt ACB or CBI raid the house of any politician? 99% of the politicians today are tainted and hold hundreds of crores of rupees all amassed illegally through unfair favours, real estate deals, commissions and what not. Everyone knows this but no one touch these tainted politicians. Why? ACB should set a different arm to deal with Politicians and extract all the illegal money from every politician and bureaucrat in India and that money would be enough to change the face of India from a developing country into a developed country. Someone should do something about this very important but perpetually ignored political reality.
This concept of writing messages/comments for every article has be banned for the betterment of the society. This has become a place for abusing each other's community, religion, language, etc.
