I wonder how many CEOs went for executing their expansion dream in the bull run and endup miserably. They acted as if they dont hear the term 'bearish economy'.There are businesses which gets zero profit for the shareholders for years,if not decades are having PE multiples of 50 times. What else you need for CEO? Hype ,hype and hype. Now they are down to the bottom.

Only one thing to say...dont became another Satyam Raju and spoil the company and employees. If D'scoza become ceo or coo, it is up to him only, but for mere employees it is bread and butter.

I don't think that National Anthem should be a criteria to judge anyone.. even d "so-called" minority community in Indian has refused to sing Indian National Anthem and still the govt. of India never misses a chance to pamper them...

Very right! We should make the so called "leaders" both at the national level and the state level to sing our national anthem and the national song before they proceed with any meeting! You can bet most of them don't know them even!

You missed the point the american govt doesnt pamper the indian americans but the average joe indian does!! The issue is not of the minority community. The american society is way too evolved than ours and this is a case of origin not religion, do not get confused. However, if we go by ur thoughts also, the indian govt pampering the minority community is one thing but imagine some other country's residents supporting our minorities.... and moreover the indians in america dont fall in the same fractional ratio compared to the community u mentioned!!
We have seen many young Turks like this including Sabeer Bhatia. What did Sabeer Bhatia do after selling off Hotmail? Nothing, because Hotmail was a fantastic bit of luck. Sooner or later the Cogbnizant CEO also will face a situation like Stayam's and then he will have achoice of either sending his company into oblivion or merging it with some bigwig. Let us not hype these youngsters. let us hope they will learn with experience and not fall into the trap i.e. a feeling of having become a celebrity.
